I have built multiple teams that have delivered multi-modal product experiences in various markets, including consumer, B2B, medical, and automotive. My background in Industrial Design, which I apply today in UX (HCD), drives me to understand and seek out users' unmet needs and address them in the execution of the product or service. As a lifetime consultant and community builder, I am highly motivated to align teams to what's possible. Always looking to influence customers, clients, and product strategy with a new perspective, enabling a larger impact on the approach and resulting in more meaningful outcomes.

I have a passion for elevating the design community. In the past, this meant serving as IDSA, AIGA, Co-chair MWUX, IxDA Grand Rapids Local Leader, and Co-Founder of Ladies that UX Grand Rapids, giving back and teaching methodologies of product and user experience design through various digital formats at coLearning at The Factory and at Kendall College of Art and Design.
